This is a three-bedroom house sited in an established neighborhood within the Main Line area west of Philadelphia. The owners requested a modern aesthetic for their home and an open floor plan with a primary suite on the first-floor level.

The kitchen connects to an outdoor cooking and dining terrace overlooking an excavated courtyard garden which pulls daylight into the home’s lower level.

A graceful, suspended stair leads to additional recreation spaces and media room at the lower level and two additional bedroom suites at the second floor.

A freestanding pavilion in the backyard accommodates a home gym, changing/shower room and sauna.
